A piece published on the website of Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them), the political party of which I’m the chairman, in December 2018:
A piece by Henry Vaughan in today’s Times:
At this time of year, people are pondering what to buy their loved ones. Some bargain-hunters know exactly what they want, however — police in Swindon found their wishlist.
It was recovered from a thief’s handbag in the town centre after security guards saw her trying to steal from Debenhams. The shoplifter escaped but officers believe she was stealing Christmas presents to order.
One client, identified on the list as “matey at waiting room”, wanted a Dyson hairdryer, hoodies and Yankee candles. “Rosie” wanted a unicorn rug, luxury pillows, a chess board and an Oral B electric toothbrush. “Colleen”, wanted girls’ clothes aged five to six, a men’s medium grey coat, make-up and lamb chops, while “Tall P and Tasha”, had their hearts set on Gucci perfume.
Police said people receiving stolen goods could go to prison. [J4MB: “People” other than women, obviously.]
