David Cameron publicly criticises a woman! Hold the front page!!! (March 2013)

A piece published on the website of Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them), the political party of which I’m the chairman, in March 2013:

The day we never thought would arrive… has arrived. David Cameron has publicly criticised a woman. Only to defend another woman, it’s true, but it’s progress. Now there are so many obvious candidates, so who might she have been? Harriet Harman MP, for doing all in her power to drive through feminist agendas when Labour were in power, with no democratic mandate for doing so? Jo Swinson MP for her remarks about the alleged benefits of having more women in corporate boardrooms? EU Commissioner Viviane Reding, for the same reason, but across the EU?

Er, no. He’s publicly criticised the authoress Hilary Mantel for comparing the Duchess of Cambridge to a ‘shop window mannequin’. He’s sticking to the big issues of the day… the economy, challenges with the City, energy security, food adulteration, the financial and political crises affecting the EU, deciding policy with respect to military intervention in Syria… and the Duchess of Cambridge’s appearance. Unbelievable. Here’s the BBC piece on this hot news story:
