We search for hidden gems. We are hardworking and tenacious in our search to find truly great candidates, whether it’s burgeoning talent or skills that have not yet been recognised. [J4MB: Hmm, why have their “burgeoning” talents or skills not yet been recognised? My own burgeoning talent and skills as a top-flight footballer have yet to be recognised.]
