New York Fire Department: Juliette Arroyo, paramedic, promoted to captain despite failing her recertification exam twice

A piece published on the website of Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them), the political party of which I’m the chairman, in February 2019:

Juliette Arroyo

Our thanks to Tom for this. An extract:

Juliette Arroyo was recently given the promotion on January 23, swearing in alongside 22 other EMS captains, despite effectively being barred from working as a paramedic and facing a state certification expiration date later this month. [J4MB emphasis]

While Arroyo seems to have lost her touch as a paramedic, she seemingly had no problems currying favor with EMS Chief James Booth as his driver and personal aide, a position she has held since 2015.

Talking dogs – Valentine’s Day cards from the Fawcett Society

A piece published on the website of Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them), the political party of which I’m the chairman, in February 2019:

One of a number of hilarious “talking dog” cartoons on a range of Valentine’s Day cards being sold by the Fawcett Society:

The cards are so funny, we suspect the involvement of Kate Smurfwit or Sandy Toxic.

We can be very sure that no members of the Fawcett Society will accept sexually harassing patriarchal customs such as men paying for flowers or meals on Valentine’s Day (or indeed any other day).

BBC Ideas: Where did all the women in tech go?

A piece published on the website of Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them), the political party of which I’m the chairman, in February 2019:

Our thanks to Douglas for this gem (video, 3:31) from the BBC. It’s presented by Marie Hicks, “Historian of Technology”, and is part of the BBC project, “Amazing women in STEM you need to know about.” The video is so woefully poor, and the understanding of the history of IT so dire, that it’s sole redeeming quality is that it’s hilarious. Who says feminists can’t create comedy?

A million British people a year are tearing up their TV licences. Why? It’s a mystery, all right.

NatWest worker told female customer ‘all vegans should be punched in the face’

A piece published on the website of Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them), the political party of which I’m the chairman, in February 2019:

Unfortunate. For the avoidance of doubt, J4MB doesn’t condone treating vegans like that. We don’t think any vegans should be punched in the face, let alone all of them.

100 vaginas

A piece published on the website of Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them), the political party of which I’m the chairman, in February 2019:

Our thanks to a number of people who’ve informed us of an hour-long TV “documentary” screened on Channel 4 last night, 100 vaginas. The description on the Channel 4 website:

Documentary artist Laura Dodsworth photographs women and hears their intimate, shocking, moving, powerful or funny stories about how their vaginas have shaped their lives.

Jim writes:

This programme is a testament to female self-absorption, and has a thread of feminist propaganda running through it, as we’d expect of Channel 4 – including feminist narratives on rape (complete with dodgy stats) and FGM. Early in the programme there’s a sequence where women pull blood-soaked tampons from their vaginas. What next for a TV documentary? Women urinating and defecating? Those are “natural” too, but would be “empowering” if women did them for TV – but utterly disgusting if men did, of course. What times we live in.

Lesbian and bisexual women at increased risk of being overweight. Gay men at reduced risk.

A piece published on the website of Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them), the political party of which I’m the chairman, in February 2019:

Our thanks to Mike P for this. The notion that lesbian and bisexual women are at increased “risk” of being overweight is ridiculous, and of course denies them moral agency. Maybe lesbian and bisexual women simply care less than straight women about being land whales, so they eat and drink more, and exercise less. Just a thought.

Swedish feminists demand a ban on sex robots because they are ‘dangerous’ and dehumanise women just like pornography

A piece published on the website of Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them), the political party of which I’m the chairman, in February 2019:

Our thanks to Mike P for this. An extract:

A spokesman for the groups said: ‘Why are men willing to pay tens of thousands of dollars for a robot that obeys their smallest command?’

Adding: ‘A female robot cannot say no to something that the man wants, if she is not programmed to do so.’

The feminists said that the dolls allowed users to play out their violent fantasies, leading them to believe such things are possible with real women.

The true reason feminists wish to ban sex dolls is that they reduce the sexual power of women, as a class, relative to men. They oppose prostitution and pornography for the same reason. Feminists are incapable of considering relations between men and women through any lens other than that of power. It’s one of the reasons they’re so reliably miserable all the time.
